My quarterly newsletter will be placed on this site starting October 1, 1998. The purpose of the newsletters is primarily educational. Each quarter I will feature a new topic. Each topic will be related to some aspect of automobile or industrial accidents and help you to understand the language, the concepts, and the analysis techniques typically used in automobile and industrial accidents. As the newsletters are replaced the old ones will be archived so new visitors to the site can "start at the beginning" so to speak.
