Dr. Robert Oman received the B.S. degree from Northeastern
University and the Sc.M. and Ph.D.
degrees from Brown
University, all in
physics. He has taught mathematics and physics at several colleges and
universities including University of
Minnesota, North
Shore Community
College, Northeastern
University, and University of South Florida.
He has also done research for Litton Industries, United Technologies, and
NASA, where he developed the theoretical model for the first pressure gauge
sent to the moon. He is author of numerous technical articles, books, and

Dr. Daniel Oman received the B.S. degree in physics from Eckerd College.
He received both his M.S. degree in physics and his Ph.D. in electrical
engineering from the University
of South Florida where
he taught many Utterly Confused students in classes and
one-on-one. He has authored several books and technical articles and has done
research on CO2 lasers and solar cells. Dan has spent ten years in
the semiconductor manufacturing industry with AT&T Bell Labs, Lucent
Technologies, Agere Systems and LSI. He is now president of Daniel
Milton Education specializing in physics, math and English tuition plus
other educational activities.
